If your looking to boost your snowboard skills you need to look beyond your board. Life is busy and there is little time for snowboarding outside of a holiday and even less time for people to work on their personal fitness in preparation for their holiday.
Through my own personal training I've found that specially selected off snow training has dramatically boosted my confidence, strength and abilities on a board. The key is applicable skills. That is why I choose parkour as part of our training regime. It's fun fitness that develops skills that really benefit your general physical wellbeing and your skills on a board.
I've partnered with Paramount Parkour to provide a series of sessions that will build your flexibility, fitness and skills for snowboarding. Different snowboard skills will be developed on each session, however the primary focus will be towards building strenght and agility towards learning how to front and backflip.
The training provides a full body workout and skills development towards key snowboard movements including flips and spins.
