The principle reason we love Landgraaf so much is the snow park. It's nestled between the two main pistes and it's permanent. It is often netted off and serviced by its own poma. The park is around the size of a main piste in the UK. It contains a vast arrange of kickers, rails and boxes.
Although beginners can hit some of the features in the park, it would be a great playground for someone looking to progress their kicker skills and raise their confidence on basic side hits and boxes.
Landgraaf is open to all riders at recreational standard, i.e. be able to control speed, confidently link turns & use a poma/button lift/chairlift. We ask that children under the age of 18 years be accompanied by an adult, to enable supervision at all times.

A group chat will be created to improve logistics and plan shared travel as the journey is only 3.5hrs from Calais. Confirmation of attendance and balance via bank transfer is required four weeks prior to the holiday. Travel, insurance, GHIC card, equipment hire etc aren't included.
The aim of the week is to provide an awesome holiday that will deliver a great mix of riding experiences. The overall focus is to search out the most easily accessible fresh powder and look beyond just ticking off every slope on the piste map.
If the snow gods don't deliver then we switch gears to work on more core riding skills. All riders can get from A to B, but to confidently handle everything the mountain has to offer, we may look to highlight some simple areas of improvement. This could be a mix of fun kids boarder cross or slalom courses. Maybe a carving clinic to boost those slice and dice skills. Possibly a mini shred in the fun park to dial in those always wanted tricks, or just hammering out some fast paced fun runs in the sun to feel that riding buzz. The nine resorts covered with your lift pass will provide a massive variety of shredding opportunities.

These are our classic hunts for the freshest and easiest access powder runs. You may be hiking a little if conditions dictate a little adventuring, or you'll be shredding up local resort secret spots and wondering how no one else knows about these runs. It’ll be a challenge, but highly addictive. If it hits the spot, you’ll be back year after year loving the buzz of fresh pow and the challenge of finding it.
